Shipping Speed & Carrier Responsibility

We offer a variety of shipping speeds at checkout.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed by PuffPixi.

Shipping is a pass-through service, and we are not liable for delays once your order is in the carrier’s possession.
Fulfillment Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are shipped same day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

We pride ourselves on fast, accurate fulfillment and cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at Support@puffpixi.com.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once your order is being processed or shipped.
Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or not delivered within 3 business days of the stated delivery date, you must notify us within that window.

Claims made after 3 business days may not be eligible for resolution.
Adult Signature Requirement

An adult age 21 or older must be present to receive all shipments.

Valid government-issued ID may be required by the carrier at the time of delivery.
