We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

 

Shipping Speed & Carrier Responsibility

  • We offer a variety of shipping speeds at checkout.

  • Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed by PuffPixi.

  • Shipping is a pass-through service, and we are not liable for delays once your order is in the carrier’s possession.

 

Fulfillment Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are shipped same day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

  • We pride ourselves on fast, accurate fulfillment and cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

 

Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at Support@puffpixi.com.

  • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once your order is being processed or shipped.

 

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or not delivered within 3 business days of the stated delivery date, you must notify us within that window.

  • Claims made after 3 business days may not be eligible for resolution.

 

Adult Signature Requirement

  • An adult age 21 or older must be present to receive all shipments.

  • Valid government-issued ID may be required by the carrier at the time of delivery.
