Returns for Unused & Unopened Products

• We accept returns on all unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Store Credit for Late Returns

• Returns requested after 7 days but within 30 days may be accepted for unused and unopened items.

• In these cases, we will issue store credit only—no refunds will be provided.

Used or Opened Items

• Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for any used or opened products.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email us clear photos of the item along with a description of the issue.

• If approved, we will issue a replacement for the same item. Refunds will not be issued for defective items—replacements only.
